Because we sell digital products only, no physical items are shipped.

Digital Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, you will receive:

  • An instant download link on the order confirmation page, and/or

  • A download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Most orders are available immediately after payment. In rare cases, delivery may take a few minutes due to payment verification or system processing.

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download link or experience any issues accessing your files, please contact our support team.

No Physical Shipping

StepSprint does not ship physical products. Therefore:

  • No shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated.

  • No shipping address is required for digital downloads.

  • No tracking numbers will be provided.

Orders are processed automatically after successful payment. If your payment is delayed or declined, delivery of your digital product may also be delayed until payment is confirmed.
